Client Liaison Officer - Financial Services Gauteng
A prominent financial services provider has an exciting career opportunity available for a CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER, to join their dynamic business team in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. This is a permanent position which offers a market related salary structure.
Qualifications & Experience:
Resume with a Subtitle
Minimum matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous.
Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 5 qualification is essential to the role.
Applicable Class of Business certification in health and medical aid products and its’ relevant disciplines as per the FSCA.
Valid CMS accreditation and certificate is a must.
Minimum 7 years’ applicable experience in the financial services industry.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including but not limited to medical aid products, hospital plans, medical insurance, pension funds and group life plans.
Strong and proven experience in customer care, business development, networking and prospecting and financial compliance.
Proven business success (new business) whilst working in a target driven environment.
Solid experience and logistical knowledge of Gauteng as business landscape.

Tenacious and driven.
Fluent in English: speak read and write, plus additional languages such as Zulu, Sotho and Venda advantageous.
Fully competent in the MS Office programme, with strong experience in report writing.
Trustworthy and ethical with a strong sense of accountability.
Valid driver’s license. Own reliable transport advantageous.
