The Skilled Administrator: You have 2-5 years of financial services experience and are ready to take on a central, supportive role with greater responsibility.
The Qualified Candidate: You hold a formal qualification like a Higher Certificate in Office Administration and possess outstanding administrative potential, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning the wealth management industry from the ground up.
In both cases, you will be the crucial support to our Certified Financial Planner®, and we offer a clear path for professional development and growth.
What You'll Do
(Your Impact)
Provide Essential Support: Be the right hand to our CFP®, preparing for client meetings, compiling reports, and ensuring seamless workflow.
Become a Compliance Expert: Manage and process documentation in full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and FSCA regulations. (Full training will be provided to the right candidate).
Master Financial Data: Utilise your MS Excel skills to gather financial details, prepare comparisons, and maintain accurate records.
Engage with Stakeholders: Professionally handle queries from both internal and external clients, delivering exceptional service.
Drive Operational Excellence: Take ownership of key administrative deliverables and processes.
Safeguard Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive client and company information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

The Experienced Candidate
Profile A
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial administrative role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or a related environment.
Practical knowledge of FAIS, FICA, and related regulations is highly advantageous.
Fully competent in MS Office, with strong capabilities in Excel.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write).
The Experienced Candidate
