Our prominent financial services provider in Pretoria East is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Wealth Management team. We have a strong culture of mentorship and growth, and we are open to two types of candidates:

  1. The Skilled Administrator: You have 2-5 years of financial services experience and are ready to take on a central, supportive role with greater responsibility.

  2. The Qualified Candidate: You hold a formal qualification like a Higher Certificate in Office Administration and possess outstanding administrative potential, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for learning the wealth management industry from the ground up.

In both cases, you will be the crucial support to our Certified Financial Planner®, and we offer a clear path for professional development and growth.

What You'll Do

(Your Impact)

  • Provide Essential Support: Be the right hand to our CFP®, preparing for client meetings, compiling reports, and ensuring seamless workflow.

  • Become a Compliance Expert: Manage and process documentation in full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and FSCA regulations. (Full training will be provided to the right candidate).

  • Master Financial Data: Utilise your MS Excel skills to gather financial details, prepare comparisons, and maintain accurate records.

  • Engage with Stakeholders: Professionally handle queries from both internal and external clients, delivering exceptional service.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Take ownership of key administrative deliverables and processes.

  • Safeguard Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive client and company information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

The Experienced Candidate

Profile A
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial administrative role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or a related environment.

  • Practical knowledge of FAIS, FICA, and related regulations is highly advantageous.

  • Fully competent in MS Office, with strong capabilities in Excel.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, and write).

The Experienced Candidate
